That half pound MINUS might as well be 100 for me this week. I can do it.
I measured my cereal this morning as a serving size check in. I was good on the cereal but it was definitely less milk. So I will need to keep measuring.
This is our life. I don’t want it to be my death, I have a lot to live for. I don’t need a fat suit to protect me anymore. That’s what Karate is for!
Have a great weekend everyone. For Valentines Day, I love myself enough to admit that I can’t do sugar right now.
And I might need to say it over and over and over again. I love myself enough to not eat sweets. The Victory of Wellness is sweeter than any treat. I can shower others with gratefulness and love!

Great loss Lisa .... Measuring your food is a great thing to do otherwise you over eat ... For Valentine's day I will be making sugar free chocolate things for myself (I am Keto) and mini cupcakes for my daughter2

A small loss but I'm stoked, between quitting smoking and having my period this week (sorry boys) the snacking has gotten a bit out of hand and I've been up most of the week so I'm stunned I'm managed a loss at all.
Been over a week without a cigarette.6 -
Had a great birthday with my wife and son. Got a new pair of hiking boots- adventures await.

Steps - 3127. Ouch.
Calories - 1700
Exercise - none. My dizziness was better so I went to give blood. Turns out my iron was to low so I couldn't give. I can't go back for 2 weeks. I will try to raise it. I am now wondering if that could be causing my dizziness. I pretty much stayed home.4 -

Glad your dizziness is better. I take an iron supplement everyday that doctor prescribed. There are a ton of foods high in iron. Do you like liver?
