We were up in NY for Easter. Drove home yesterday. Needless to say I did not track at all sat sun or Mon. I did weigh myself after we were home and I gained 2 pounds this weekend. Not terrible considering.

Sorry I was MiA for a couple of days. This year we were supposed to go up to ny for Christmas, but my older son got sick so we decided to go for Easter. While I love seeing my family and getting to taste the foods we really miss, I hate going back to NY. NC really is home now. I don’t miss NY at all. Only my family. My niece gets married fall of 2023 I think that might be the next time I go back2

Goals/ Comments: Had my Baraitric doctor appointment today and she wasn't disappointed I gain 1lb when I explained I gained like 10-11lbs and slowly bringing it back down. Weigh in at 472 8lbs very proud of my progress today. Also explain how I want to transition into Intuitive Eating and she said she willing to support me as long as she sees progress and I do not gorge on Junk food.
It's great when you have a doctor who has an open mind to getting away from diet culture.
***forgot to mention Told her about my knees hurting and she told me to go from 5 workouts to 3 workouts daily (I told her I'll try my best)

My daughter’s surprise party took more out of me than I expected. I had a headache and felt hungover all day….. even though I haven’t had a drink in over five months, lol.
Getting back on the trail, getting back to my fasting schedule, caloric/macro guidelines and drinking that wa-wa! First choice til last choice tomorrow will be a good one!2 -
