 I’m beat! Celebrated my big 6-0 at the pool today. Stayed in for four hours doing constant movement, rotating walking with leg and arm exercises. Best day ever! Ate way too many chips and cake, but I’ll be fine - back on the wagon tomorrow!

 Whoo lirdie it has been a while since I’ve posted. Sorry about that. I am running on empty these days. I have tried to catch up on posts. School meetings are starting and add that to my new PT job, getting ready for the school musical, my friend from Portugal coming in town to attend one of our bestie’s wedding (I sang at the wedding), fights with the bathroom contractors, fights with the garage door repair people, and you have one exhausted person!
