I have gained ten pounds over the course of two months. 🤦🏻♀️ But if I don’t stop being in denial I know it will only get worse. So I am owning my gain and looking ahead and not behind. Thank you, friends, for accepting me where I am. It means more than I can say. ❤️

I decided to make a list of how many hours per week I spend on my (over) commitments. Seeing it on paper was eye opening, to say the least:
Prep and rehearsals for the musical: 35 hours
Prep and PT teaching: 20 hours
PT radio station job: 20 hours
Musician gigs (approx.): 7 hours
Proofreading job: 5 hours
I work 87 hours a week.
No wonder I’m overwhelmed and exhausted every single day. 🤦🏻♀️3 -

So I'm struggling with logging my food. Not for lack of trying but things that I eat every. Freaking. Day. (Hello chicken breast) have dropped off my frequent list making me search for them. And my list is full of seemingly everything and anything that I ate once sometime in the last six months. I have to scroll through pages and pages to find say - pumpkin spice creamer. And we all know that I have that 3 times a day!! 😂 Anybody else having this problem? 🤷♀️1

This is from last week... will weigh again on wed. I cant seem to get my head together. What worked last time to lose weight isnt working now... and that leads to a really bad mindset which leads to stress eating.
First thing I have decided to change mindset wise is adding a walk when it works with the weather. Did my first on Friday for almost 3 miles. Hoping to get this going on the regular.
