Now hopefully I won't bounce back up again! I want to thank my friend, @lindamtuck2018, for the words of encouragement last week when I was ready to just chuck it all. She said, "Just start with one thing.." It sounds so simple but it was a very powerful message to me to stop for a moment, take a deep breathe, and think about what the one thing is that I could try that may make a difference. And I did and it worked. Now I have to stay with it, while thinking of the next "one thing" I can do to make a difference.
Thank you Linda, and to all the other friends on this team who take a few moments out of their day to offer a word of encouragement, a little bit of praise, a little compassion. Because we all need that from time to time.4 -

Congrats on the loss! Doing just one thing is something I do especially when I am struggling. I know sometimes it can be tough to focus on several goals. I know for me I get flustered and just want to give up. You’re welcome but being here every morning while drinking my coffee is what I do to keep myself on track. Reading about your guys experiences and ideas have helped me immensely. So I thank you for that.0 -

The important part is your back to your plan. I personally think it’s important to enjoy our special occasions. When I go on holidays each year I just try to be mindful.1 -

So far, my watch is not irritating my arm since I put it back on. I haven’t been sleeping with it on so that might be helping. I had a good swim yesterday followed by a soak in the hot tub. I think I might just do mini walks today. I got a good start on them as I been up since before 4.
