    Wow, that's a nice reminder! Can't wash that away!

    I got a call from the pulmonologist's office and have an appt with them on Aug 7th, so I am set with the doctor's that I need to see to figure out if I do have RA, but he also helps with arthritis as well, so that is good; and exactly what is going on in my lungs. Praise the Lord, both appts are pretty quick too when I thought I may not get to see someone until the end of the year! God is good!

    Kim - glad those appointments are starting to come through!

    Please say a little prayer for Bill. The meds the the NP had me try on his bottom just tore up his skin. He had used something similar before, and we had issues then, too, but I thought it was due to the meds sticking to his underwear and pulling against the sore. Now, I know it's the zinc. His poor bottom is awful and I'm not getting it cleared up at all. I'm afraid we are going to have to use wound care again, but they really didn't do anything different than me.

    Yesterday and today have been rough. Praise the Lord that what I am going through is mild compared to what a friend of mine has gone through, but it still makes you feel lousy! Thanks for your prayers, they are always appreciated.

    Had a dentist's appt today - only one minor problem with a bit of nerve showing, otherwise it looked really good - phew!

    Hope they got that bit of nerve covered up! OUCH!

    We had 6.3 inches of rain between 8pm and 8am. I wasn't intending on going to Mom's, but I couldn't have gotten there if I had wanted to go. The two interstates that I take were both flooded at the exits I use. The girls got 8.98 inches a few miles south.

    They sure did get that nerve covered up. They paint something on it that will last for a little while. We get little bags to go home with and she put some Children's Sensodyne in mind to see if my tongue can handle that. Most regular toothpastes make it burn. It did fine last night!

    That is a lot of rain. We have rain in our forecast for the next week! I hope your stuff isn't coming our way! Oh, that reminds me, I need to water my plants on the side porch!
