Yikes this has been a tough two weeks. I've been making super crappy choices and totally justifying them in my head. Well, i deserve that cookie, right. I have absolutely no self control when eating socially! I really overindulgded this weekend and have gained a pound. Booooo! I'm really hoping it's just water weight, but maybe it's the reality check I need to get my butt moving!!

Hi all, sorry I've been a bit quiet recently. I'm still battling the illness I've had all month and I don't seem to be getting any better which is not good news! However, I'm trying to exercise as much as possible, but I haven't been able to do any crunches since sunday as I have a chest infection and it really hurts to do a crunch. However, here are my stats

Hey all---finally got the wrapping done...3 boxes to ship, and about 40 little care packages to make this weekend for my admin/support staff and a few cards to get out. I have abandoned the notion of Christmas cards this year to all but a few friends and family. I haven't received one yet...beginning to wonder if others have the same idea I have or maybe they are just way behind like me!...OMG will this ever end...

Slept with the central heating on last night and feel pretty naff this morning. My nose feels like it might bleed and my throat is sore - boo! you can weigh in on Sat, Sun or Mon. Just make sure your weight is posted by Monday evening
The OWL and NEWT challenges are usually posted on Sat and run from Sun through Sat
