    Spent my day shopping today...boy am I pooped! Had planned on swapping Shred for today and doing NMTZ's tomorrow, but got a call from my 16 yr old son on the way home...someone ran him off the road, was coming at him head-on with the high beams on...it was muddy, he fish-tailed and hit a tree at the very back of his truck bed. The bed is fiberglass...so it's pretty cracked/messed up. He's ok though...thank God! Scared us all pretty good. So, needless to say, I didn't get any dvd in today. Will make up for it tomorrow...ya'll have a good night.

    Day3, No More Trouble Zones, 6 circuits.......finished! Wow, that was awesome! I feel amazing now, but you guys are right those surrenders definitely burn!

    What a great challenge! I am absolutely LOVING the change up off the different dvd's!

    Day 4 done. Unfortunately I can't do some of the exercises, my left knee joint is swelling up. Have to keep the impact on my knees at a lower level. But I'll stick to the plan, just replace some exercises.

    Today 30DS Level 2 = done!!! I then followed it with a Davina Super Body workout. Bring on BFBM tomorrow!!!xx

    Wow, day four done already! Flying by already! YES! Did the shred level 3 today, since I remembered how hard level two is for me :P And a 30 minute workout was very welcome after yesterday's monster of a circuit! I am definitely feeling that one! Hopefully I can get a work out in tomorrow after my 6 hour drive. EESH. We'll see :) Keep up the hard work everyone!

    Does anyone know what the difference is between 30DS level 2 and level 3? Level 2 seems to get a bad press!!! I've not been brave enough to check out level 3 yet!!! xx

    Whew! I did NMTZ today since I didn't get any dvd's done yesterday...man it's been a while since I did that dvd and OMG! I thought i was gonna fall out! But I finished! Burnt 401 cals (hrm). Gonna start back on the schedule tomorrow and get back on track with everyone else. I'm gonna be sore....

    WOW! Day 3 done for me, first time doing NMTZ... I think my abs and triceps are gonna be sore tomorrow!! :smile:

    That's ok, nothing I like better then having sore muscels, just means I worked HARD!! LOL.

    Ok I am finally with you guys.

    Yesterday did Ripped instead of Shred because a friend had mine. I now have it! BFBM today and tomorrow because Santa is bringing my other DVD. :wink:

    Day4, Level2 of 30DS......complete! Actually am at my dads for the holidays and brought my workout video to workout! Felt so good to not miss a workout!

    I got way-laid by people randomly appearing for dinner and staying until 1am. I haven't done BFBM today. I will have to get on it tomorrow!!!xx

    I finally finished Ripped today! 7 days at each level. Will get started on something new tomorrow. Thinking about Extreme Shred.

    BFBM done! Man am I pooped! Gonna TRY to get a dvd in tomorrow...got tons to do before we head to my moms at 5 pm tomorrow evening for Christmas with my family. Hope ya'll can fit it in...

    Did 30 DS instead of BFBM yesterday . The later is killing my knees :(
    Will be working out right through the holidays but mightn't be able to post. Will celebrate tonight like most people from the continent do.

    Hahhahahahaha that made me laugh out loud!

    Day 4 for for me -- traveling and 1) I forgot my tennis shoes and 2) our room has concrete floors. SO...I improvised cardio and did Level 1 of 30DS. Missed two days sick/traveling so now I will workout tomorrow, Sunday, and get caught up eventually this week.

    Ugh, today has been depressing, I had to attend a funeral of a neighbour, and there has been no time to get at exercise, I am struggling with my motivation but hopefully I will get something done later today xx

    Okay.. forgot to post yesterday, but I did workout....did RI30 level 1.

    Just finished BFBM for the first time, and can I just say I LOVE the kickboxing circuts:bigsmile: . I really liked the whole workout to be honest :happy:

    Hope everyone has a Happy Holiday, hopefully I will get a chance to workout and check in tomorrow!!

    Just popped in to say hi and that I haven't dissapeared. I'm still a bit behind but will get caught up starting tomorrow, of course I'll get all screwed up again when I drive back home but whatever.

    2 days without exercise, UGH! Yesterday was traveling and had family things. Then, was up all nightbwith the flu, YES, again! It was not what I thought Santa would bring me for Christmas, but oh well, didn't miss any work and everyone else is healthy so far.

    But, I can't wait to hit the DVDs tomorrow morning, so excited to try the BMBF DVD.
    Tomorrow will be Day5. Thinking since I missed 2 days in a row I will not take Day 7 off. Not sure. I need to use this break to kickmsome butt on my challenge.

    My goal and 40th are only 17 days away, I will make it! I am determined!

    P.S. Got new Asics from my husband. Been using Brooks, and have used Asics in past, so anxious to see how they feel! They are soooo stinkin' cute too, hot pink and charcoal gray!

    Hi everyone, here in Ireland it's already Dec 26th and I'm going to do day 8 today. I didn't want a break because I'm feeling guilty after pigging out. Maybe it was just piglet-ing - out but I'm feeling guilty anyway. I'm gonna burn these christmas cookies off my waist :explode:

    Hello everybody, just checking in here. I am still with you guys, haven't workout for almost 3 days.I feel so guilty. I must admit, I do ate a lot this Christmas and because we've stayed at my mom's house it is so hard to do my workout routine. and one more thing i have just finished 2 days of ripped in 30 today. almost the last person to finished the challenge but so fulfilling i made it again. now I can fully concentrate in here. will start again tomorrow and it gonna be my day 4.

    Sooo, I did not workout yesterday :frown:
    But I am back on the bandwagon, just finished day 6 NMTZ, depending on how the day goes I might try to do day 8 workout tonight to get caught up...
    I'm not sure that will be possible, my husband got me zumba for the Wii and kettlebells for Christmas and I will probably have to play with my new toys later :bigsmile: lol!!

    I'm getting caught up slowly but surely! Today I did D4 - 30DS L1, and D5, but instead of BFBM I did her new dvd Extreme Shed and Shred (the title says it all!) Two more days of doubling up and I'll be back on track...just in time for New Years. Oh well, I know most of us got a little side tracked during the holidays, the important thing is that we are still here and determined to get this challenge done!

    OK, I didn't exercise the last 3 days, I would say I was to busy but that would be a lie, I was lazy and just not motivated. I am starting with day 1 tomorrow! I am so confused where I am because I was replacing dvds. I got it together and motivated now. Tomorrow morning 30D shred! I will be a week behind but I will try to catch up it when I can. I have to get back in the groove!

    Ok...here goes...I didn't do a dang thing today! I have been totally drained all day because of the activities yesterday...(got started at 8:30am...after not going to be til 2am, didn't get into bed until after 1am) therefore, I have literally layed around all day! I plan to get back on track tomorrow...fingers crossed! Best of luck to all of ya'll in getting the dvd's done!

    Day5, BFBM...... Completed! Holy smokes, that was quite the workout! Not used to that length of time, but felt amazing when I got done! Totally spoiled with her 20 minute workouts! Didn't help I hadn't workout for 2 days from being sick. Gained 2 pounds as well, ugh! Body is all out of whack from the flu.
    Definitely ready to get back on track!
