Fasting features
I love that you have added a fasting tracker. It could be way more robust though and include information on what is happening at the different times and phases within a fast. I would love to see the tracker include things like the fat burning phase, that would be a great addition.

Premium worthy...
I would pay for premium if the app seperated good and bad carbs as well as good and bad fats. I track my macros, but it's not accurate to equate carrots and celery to potato chips or olives and walnuts to brisket. Show the ingredients in a food/recipe
One of my struggles with MFP has been the inability to see what ingredients are in any food/recipe in the database. This would help me make more use of the database. It would help me keep my own recipes straight, too since I make some similar foods with slight variations.

When using copy feature-allow user to view what their copying & allow user to select items
It would be beneficial to the user, when copying food from a previous day, to be able to see what foods they are copying. New Intermittent Fasting feature - can it be set up to log Eating window vs Fasting window?
Either change it, or have option for both ways to track. Reason is, our eating window is almost exclusively going to happen on one day - Fasting window rarely is Another reason is it would be so easy to start the timer when you break your fast. Thank you for adding the IF feature.

Intermittent fasting feature is too limited!
Joined premium when you added intermittent fasting feature, but I am sadly disappointed. Being limited to 24 hour manual fast is not useful. 36-48 hours is the norm for experienced fasters. Additionally, 18-6 is very popular but not an option to choose. Hope there are plans to improve the current version!

Logging workout routines
I'm a new user and have created a few workout routines. Some have one exercise, others have multiple. Some are done at home, others at the gym. I purchased the premium so I could track my fasts. I do a 18:6 plan (as do most people that I know who do IF). This is the plan my doctor suggested for pre-diabetes & weight loss. The myfitnesspal app does not include this plan. Could you please add? Thank you.
