Educational Details about Nutrients

In the nutrient section where there is the whole list of nutrients and how much you had of your allowance, add a section (could toggle visibility) that educates about the nutrient.

For example, I click on monounsaturated fats.

Explanation could be
"Monounsaturated fats are found in plant foods, such as nuts, avocados, and vegetable oils.
It is a healthy fat which can help lower your cholesterol level.
Eating too much monounsaturated can result in weight gain."

This will benefit a user such as myself who wants to understand the macros a bit better but doesn't want to leave the app to do research. When looking through my history, I may see I've had an unual amount of a nutrient and want to see what positive/negative impact this may have and be more conscious about the food I eat.

That is a fantastic idea! I'll be sure to bring this to our internal team to consider.
