Hi everyone, I joined this app yesterday. My name is Amy. I have 36 pounds to lose. I gained it after my breast cancer surgery in 2020. That surgery put me into menopause. Hot Sauce & Weight-Loss
I'm a big hot sauce fan and started putting the stuff on everything. I also heard it can be good for weight loss cause it can increase your metabolism. Does anyone follow this idea and have a fav hot sauce? My fav at the moment has to be Red Habanero & Black Coffee from Queen Majesty.

Diabetic Test Log
It is really important to users with diabetes to log their blood sugar tests. Apple has an app that interfaces with Withing's but I cannot find any that work work with an Android phone or tablet. If you can add this logging capability and send it to Withing's, the health record in there would be much more complete!

I'm 6'2 and 245 lbs currently... for the past 60 days my daily calorie average is 1400 but the app suggests 2400 calories a day for me to lose 2lbs a week..im happy with my results but most would say the low calorie intake is not healthy..should I stick with my plan or increase my intake to the suggested 2400?
