Set up the calorie target that works for you—I am a 60 year old female and the weight loss calorie setting was 1200 calories, but that made the fat limits too low for me and I couldn’t stay within that no matter how clean I was eating. I increased the calorie limit to 1300, set the targets to macros and it is more workable and does not present me with a daily “failure” instead helps me stay on track. I’ve lost 6 pounds while having a mildly active lifestyle (sedentary full time job and a few days a week walking to at least keep moving). Customize it for your goals. Are you logging all your food? It tells a story.0
