Can’t sync iPhone Health app
I can’t sync the steps stored on my Health app (iPhone) to MyFitnessPal app. On the Health app I clicked privacy, apps, MyFitnessPal and then allowed all the selections. On MyFitnessPal the attached message came up. Very odd. I just want to sync the steps!

My skin is really pale/thin and you can always see my veins through it. These bumps aren't any darker than my regular veins and don't hurt, but I'm going into panic…

I've lost over 110 LBS!!
It was simply by hard work!! No fads, no gimmicks, (these things may LOOK GOOD on ads, but the reality of them never work out long term). I cut back my calories, I tracked all of my food, I started off so slowly with exercise because when you weigh 288 lbs it's NEVER EVER EASY!! Now I am at 175 (BYE BYE 113 lbs!) What did…
