Hello from Sun City

qdzt85vnp839.jpegThis is how I looked at my daughter's wedding in Oct. I've lost 21 lbs since then. I want to look and feel better by this time next year. (maybe fit into some of my old clothes too?) My long-term goal is 100 lbs. total as I started around 245. I'm down to 228.8 as of yesterday. I haven't been taking pictures though.

I haven't been doing a good job with my food logging because I mostly do home cooking and there is no easy way to add meals that have been homemade. Any suggestions?
