hi!! after covid and through uni I've definitely turned to unhealthy habits for stress 😬 I've struggled with the motivation for weight loss and healthy eating but I'm hoping I do better now! I don't know if you can add friends on here but you can feel free to add me

Some people add friends. It looks like it's more steps than it used to be. Visit a member's profile and send a friend request. Don't be offended if they decline. Some people don't really do the "friend" thing.
It's more about building good habits than motivation. Kind of like going to work in the morning. You don't have to be motivated, but you have to go if you want to keep getting a paycheck.
What are some goals you are setting for yourself? That's a really good step to help begin building new habits.
