On the wagon - off the wagon
I’ve used this app years ago with some friends. We kept each other motivated, we successfully changed our habits, and each lost an average of 30 lbs. Well, here I am again. The weight slowly but surely creeped back on and sabotaged my scale 😂 Clearly I fell off that wagon and it ran over me. I am vegetarian, though right…

I’ve been using this app on and off for a few years now, and I recently started again because I’ve been noticing I’ve been overeating, causing me not to feel so great. I’m not intending to lose weight so much…

Strength Training on Vegetarian Diet
I have been strength training for years. YEARS. Eight years to be exact. My max weights have plateaued for years. YEARS. About six years to be exact. While I continue to keep lifting through injuries and medical issues, I would really like to see my one rep max numbers go up. I highly suspect the problem is my diet. For a…

Any plant based success?
I"ve dabbled with it in 5 year stretches a few times. It makes me feel better because I have a lot of allergies. The Slow Creep
Hi all, in 2020 I lost ~40 lbs logging food and through regular exercise. Well, I’m happy to say I’ve maintained the regular exercise which has been great for my mental health and body (and heart too I guess), but I’ve slacked off the logging. I’ve gained almost 10lbs since logging regularly (since about Oct ‘21). I’m sure…
