Hi all, im not necessarily new to MFP, but I figured I’d come in to say hello because I’m back…once again, lol. I’ve been using this app on and off for a few years now, and I recently started again because I’ve been noticing I’ve been overeating, causing me not to feel so great.
I’m not intending to lose weight so much that I want to be more cognizant of what I’m eating and how much, as well as drink more water and exercise more. Really, just becoming more healthy (or what healthy means to me), and if that means I shed a few pounds, then that’s an added plus. I am vegetarian and trying to being whole food plant-based a good 80% of the time, but I’m not going to be too too strict about that.
So yeah, uh…hi there!
