Losing 100+ lbs in your 50s

Hi! I’m in my 50s and have over 100 lbs to lose. I’m looking for friends on here with similar goals:
Food: Mostly vegetarian. Cooking more and being creative with healthier foods, like veggies, beans and whole grains. Cooking/freezing food for quick meals. My version of intermittent fasting, which is not eating after supper.
Activity: Going from sedentary to at least 30 min walking every day.
Tracking/planning: Using this app to be accountable. I’d like to lose at a slow, steady pace, like 1.5-2 lbs a week.
