How can I manually add my walking steps?
I have an old-fashioned pedometer. I know how many steps I do in a day but it’s not an app and it’s not a Fitbit and I cannot sync it to the program. I cannot find a way to manually enter steps. This is very frustrating.

Why aren't my steps recording in the app?
Hi! I'm a newbie. I have the MyFitnessPal app synced with the GoogleFit app. The GoogleFit app is tracking my steps, but they're not showing up in the MyFitnessPal app and I'm not getting exercise credits. Please help! I'm walking 12,000+ steps a day and would LOVE to get the app to recognize that!

Can't sync MFP to Fitbit - Can I Remove Don't Track Steps
I have never been able to get Fitbit and MFP to sync. On the MFP site it say “connected” to fitbit app. and I did “allow all”, Fitbit shows connected. The accounts are linked. Pre and post workout
I worked out yesterday and weighed myself pre and post workout. The scale said I lost 3 lbs after my workout. Now when I weighed myself pre, I was fasted. Post weigh in was after workout and drinking water. How can you lose that much in one workout. Water weight? All I did was walk for 30 and stretch for over 10 minutes.
