I'm confused on weekly food planning.
Hello I'm new to using this app/service. I was using the meal planner for 1 week and it added all the items I needed for recipes to Instacart. My problem is that is says it's going to cost $247.06!? Is this an every week price or is this a few weeks, like I'm absolutely floored at the price and thought I'd be spending…

Down 10 pounds in 2 weeks while still eating my favs!
I am maintaining a calorie deficit of 500 calories a day, and it has shrunk my stomach! Can barely finish my smoothies before I'm full; no need for seconds at dinner anymore! I've always struggled with losing weight since I was a teenager, so to me, this feels and looks like really good progress. I feel lighter and more…

Let's be motivational pals
Hi, I'm Holly. I had gestational diabetes when I was pregnant some years back so my risk for getting type 2 is higher than normal. I need to shed about 15 or 20 pounds to reduce this risk. I'm not planning on exercising it off, lol, my method is cutting calories, so I'd love to try some of your breakfast, dinner and…

Apple iPhone I am trying to change my calorie goal but when I click on the # of calories I get a dialog box that says I have to change my nutrients to percentages instead of grams. So I click on the nutrients and change the view to % but the little check mark to make the change doesn’t work. It’s there but unclickable. How…

Finally getting back to it
Generally, been struggling to stay consistent with my weight loss goals for the past year or so, sitting at a clean 205lb trying to drop to 175lb. Managed to stay below yesterday (a lot of it was realizing how high-calorie some of my snacks that didn't have nutrition labels were) and I'm really trying to go for it today.…

Fasted toggle button for certain meals
It would be beneficial to have an option next to each meal that indicates if you fasted through that particular meal. If you selected "fasted" it would be even more beneficial to reallocate those calories into the remaining meals.

I am lost on the goal calories.
Im trying to lose weight am I supposed to stay under the goal calories or go over them? I'm very new at counting calories and thought I was supposed to stay around 1,200-1,400 a day my goal daily is 2,040. When I completed my dairy for the day with just going over my goal calories it showed I would weigh less in 5 weeks…

Why don’t the calories burned showing in my watch, also show up in MFP?
Hey everyone, so I’m on this amazing health journey like so many others! I have been wearing my Garmin Vivo Sport watch for months and it seems fairly accurate. I connected it to MFP about two weeks ago. I see the calories that I burn being counted properly on my watch, yet it will show like 4 calories burned in MFP?!…

Suggested calorie intake with Apple Watch tracking
I am trying to work out the best way to track what my calorie intake should be. I have a very physical job, window cleaning, which involves carrying ladders, climbing up and down ladders to clean windows. If I track this as “other” on Apple Watch, It averages about 2000 calorie burn per day. I also do cardio and strength…

When do I go into maintenance mode?
I am trying to figure out what weight I should set my goals for and maintain and I am not sure which is healthy according to my body size. Is there a way I could calculate which weight is good for me?
-
Calorie targets
So apparently aiming for less than 1000 calories a day is unhealthy but you need to aim for a calorie deficit of 500 less than your maintenance calorie target… My body scales suggest a maintenance goal of 1334 calories (I’m 5’ 2”) so minus 500 would be around 800 calories a day? Any thoughts from shorter ladies?

Multiple Goal “profiles” to toggle between
would be great to have multiple goal profiles, example a calorie goal for weight loss and a calorie goal to maintain. This would allow when going on vacation to easily switch from working on losing weight to just maintaining. Then after vacation would switch back.
