Change calorie not working
Apple iPhone I am trying to change my calorie goal but when I click on the # of calories I get a dialog box that says I have to change my nutrients to percentages instead of grams. Fasted toggle button for certain meals
It would be beneficial to have an option next to each meal that indicates if you fasted through that particular meal. If you selected "fasted" it would be even more beneficial to reallocate those calories into the remaining meals.

I am lost on the goal calories.
Im trying to lose weight am I supposed to stay under the goal calories or go over them? I'm very new at counting calories and thought I was supposed to stay around 1,200-1,400 a day my goal daily is 2,040. I am trying to figure out what weight I should set my goals for and maintain and I am not sure which is healthy according to my body size. Is there a way I could calculate which weight is good for me?

Calorie targets
So apparently aiming for less than 1000 calories a day is unhealthy but you need to aim for a calorie deficit of 500 less than your maintenance calorie target… My body scales suggest a maintenance goal of 1334 calories (I’m 5’ 2”) so minus 500 would be around 800 calories a day? Any thoughts from shorter ladies?

Multiple Goal “profiles” to toggle between
would be great to have multiple goal profiles, example a calorie goal for weight loss and a calorie goal to maintain. This would allow when going on vacation to easily switch from working on losing weight to just maintaining. Then after vacation would switch back.

Enable Negative Adjustments with Strava
I enabled Enable Negative Adjustments as per instructions and my strava walk came through as -500 calories which reduced my allowed calories for the day.. Surely this should bump my calorie intake up than penalize for being active.. Is this right?

I'm trying to figure out if what I'm doing is good for weightloss. According to my weight goal on MFP it says I should be taking in 2500 calories a day. Today I am around 1100 intake and a net of 300. Should I up my intake or just roll with it? I feel good and my hunger is satisfied.

Step - calories
How is it that I earn a 437 calorie adjustment for walking 14,000 steps one day but 1,000 calorie adjustment for walking 15,000 the next?? That is not proportionate at all. Makes me wonder how accurate the system is overall … Any ideas??
