Return of the Shedi

Heeeeeey! Technically I'm not a new user, per se. I've used this app off and on for a few years. But here I am, back again! Hopefully for good 🤞 So far I've lost 15 pounds, with a total goal of 45 Pounds. I've lost the weight before, but I have yet to actually stay at a healthy weight, so I'm hoping I can stick to it. Anywho, I'm really struggling with getting enough daily calories in, especially now that I'm working out. I was already having issues with decreased appetite, but now I'm on a migraine medication that pretty much decimated it entirely. It isn't just a lack of appetite, either. When I do eat I fill up so fast I am only able to eat small portions of my ALREADY pre-weighed and portioned foods. Has anyone else struggled with this? What did you do?
