Fiber intake added to total carbs
Hi! I’ve recently noticed that fiber intake is added to the carb total: example -> for breakfast the total of carbs was 54 but the app added 7g of fiber (even if it’s already counted in the total carbs of the single food) to the total so the meal ended up being 61g of carbs. I logged oatmeal choc.chip cookies made with Splenda and the nutrients came out high in sugar?
