Hormones and Weight Gain
I've always kind of been of the camp that you can't gain weight without a calorie surplus, but I'm thinking it may not be so in every circumstance. If you don't increase calories, and actually lower them, how is it possible for your body to gain weight while pregnant?

Exercising into and throughout 3 3rd trimester with twins
I'm 27 weeks pregnant with twins. I'm up 14 pounds. I've been walking a mile and a half at least 6 days a week for the past few months. Sadly. Today I was only able to handle 1 mile. Heavy lifting?
I just got my BFP yesterday! I started Stronglifts back in the beginning of May and tonight is lifting night. Anyone have advice/thoughts? Is it ok to keep lifting? I'll ask my doctor when I see them, but that won't be for a little while yet. I'm not even going to go for my beta blood draw until Monday.
