Needing some motivation for the first week!
Third day of Paleo, and I must admit, I'm not feeling too hot. I'm headachy, tired, sore, and am having the worst mood swings ever. I also have little energy and just want to curl up and sleep all day. Is this the dreaded adjustment period I've read so much about? If so, how long did yours last?

Advice? Crossfit style?
So... I currently lift weights 2-3 times per week. All compound movements... squats, deadlifts, step ups, push ups, pull ups, ect. I also do cardio when I can. I try to get an INSANITY workout in once or twice and do long walks with my husband other days. Occasionally we go for a longer run together just for enjoyment.…

Dairy or no?
Can't decide if I want to add dairy back in or not. I miss having real milk in my coffee and real cheese on occasion with my weekly 1/2 bottle of vino! I had 123 carbs today and only 61 grams of protein! I usually eat more protein than that on a regular day... Tomorrow will be better! Also have been struck with a spliting headache & bad lower backache... is this normal??
