Fried food?
I was under then impression that Paleo doesn't include any fried foods but I see a ton of recipes out there where food is prepared by pan-frying in coconut oil. Can anyone clear this up for me?

Scared to start Paleo
I'm so stuck on calorie counting. I have a hard time knowing where to start and no paleo/low carb recipe gives me a calorie estimate. I know the idea is that eventually my appetite should decrease but I'm terrified that I'll put on more weight. Any advice?

Day 3-ever so tired, yet can't sleep well!
Is this normal? I've heard of everyone having so much energy, but I am not feeling it yet! I keep getting 2 or 3 slumps during the day, where I could fall right asleep. But then when I lay down for bed, it takes me longer to fall asleep, and then I'm up at like 4 am and can't fall back asleep!
