No meat for 9 days
Due to an upcoming holiday I can't eat meat (meat or foul) for 9 days! Any suggestions other then fish, eggs and maybe a little tempeh? I have only been doing this lifestyle a few weeks and would hate to gain back the weight I lost and feel uck.

never ending workout pain
I am curious why it takes me so long to recover from working out? I just started eating paleo/primal about 4 1/2 days ago. I have had a hard time finding enough things to eat to make up for my Insanity workouts. Should I just start eating sweet potatoes to get in some carbs? I have been super low on carbs so that was my only idea! Any advice would be appreciated!

Corn-fed beef?
So, it's not financially ideal for me to go out of my way to obtain grass-fed beef. If I still eat things like corn-fed sirloin steak or roast beef would that be okay? I know it's not techinically "paleo" but it's a little difficult to get grass-fed beef on a lower budget.

TDEE question.
I just calculated my TDEE on fitness frog and it is 2,569. So to calculate how many calories I need I subtract 20% of 2,569? So 2138 calories if I did my math correctly (I seriously suck at math). I normally eat less than that. Could that be why I haven't lost anything recently?

I have my macros set at 20% carbs/ 44% fat/ 36% protein. I am wondering if I need to raise my fat a bit as I a struggle. Anyways, I normally will do a bulletproof coffee in the am, and then an avocado in the afternoon. What are some other ideas to add fat?

eating paleo with an infant.
Does anyone have an infant/toddler? I have a 9 month old who likes to eat what we eat. This is a bit more difficult now that we are eating paleo. I don't know if he can have the fat that I cook everything in now or meats like bacon and pork. Does any one have any experience with this?
