I have been eating raisins for potassium which I have been a little low on. But I was recently told that raisins aren't paleo. I did look it up and get conflicting responses. I don't gourge on them and buy organic natural raisins. What do you think?

Does anyone incorporate IF with thier Paleo diet for fat loss? I have read about it on Mark's Daily Apple and a few other authors. Just curious if anyone has tried it? I can do it... just needs extra planning.. cause i'm eating my 'breakfast at 10:30 ish and then my eating window is open till about 8.

I just heard to today on the Today show that the amount of protein that one should have is basically 1/2 your weight. Is this what many of you go by?

nuts
I'm always going over in fat due to my eating pecans and almonds so much. I'll have a serving of almonds at least 2x day. I put chopped pecans on my salads. How much is too much. Should I be concerned with the amount of nuts I eat and that I always seem to go over on my fat due to this?

Carb flu?
I'm 3 weeks in....the first two I felt AMAZING! Two days ago though I started feeling like crap. Tired, not very much energy and a massive headache. Could this be the dreaded carb flu? Anyone else go through this? How long does it last? This sucks! Haha!

Newbie question: How do you view macro nutrient percentages?
I see my total intake broken down by protein, fat and carb - but I don't see where I can view them as a percentage of total calories. Also are you able to change your targets for each? I want to reduce the carb target and increase the fat target. Thanks! - Sue
