Dairy free ideas for full fluid/puree stage
I am lactose intolerant, most of the suggestion for full fluid are dairy because it's an easy protein. I use lactaid but after a while it just doesn't work as well. I need some alternative ideas that are protein rich, dairy free and full fluid/puree.

Love the Premier Protein bars at Sam's Club
I was hesitant to buy these because I am usually disgusted with most protein bars and their weird taste. The Premier Protein bars taste just like a candy bar. I don't eat much junk but these will do the trick when I have to have something sweet. At 15 g of protein and low in sugar, these are so filling that I only eat half…

I am currently on the pre-op liquid diet, constantly hungry! My family & boyfriend are supportive but can't really understand as none are overweight. Thoughts on P3 portable protein packs?
I've seen them in the store, and thought, they may be a good post-op thing.... But I'm not quite sold on the nuts... http://www.proteinproteinprotein.com/ I really like the turkey/ham/cheddar one. I just found the jerky kind. So, I guess my question, good/bad as a quick, grab?
