Macros
So let's say we put in our breastfeeding in as negative calories, wouldn't that mess up our macros? I do 40/30/30. If I am actually eating 300 more calories than is recorded wouldn't they be off? I am thinking of just putting my intake up 300 and not worry about logging breastfeeding.

6 days postpartum after baby #4!
Hey, everyone. :) I am 6 days postpartum. I had a ridiculously easy labor and delivery of my 10lber and feel great. I realize it's too early to get crazy aggressive in working out or counting calories (particularly since I am nursing and my milk just came in a few days ago), but I am wanting to go ahead and get active on…

Kegels - Issues with cardio workouts...
My baby was born in November. He's my third. I'm oldish. I wasn't great about Kegels the first two times and now I'm trying but not seeing great results. Anyone have great success stories about not going wee (and not the FUN kind) when they run or do cardio? You know, not an actual stream but just enough to need a pad and…

Adding back breastfeeding calories- thoughts?
Nursing moms or just moms in general....do you or would you add back the breastfeeding calories to your diet? In theory, I burn 500 calories from nursing/pumping and have been adding them but not sure if I should? Should I be making sure I eat the 500 extra and the workout calories? My son is 6 months old and just starting…

I have binge issues that I seem to only have under control if i have 5 or more…
