Any Bodybugg wearers?
I just started lifting few weeks ago and while I know that the Bodybugg is not very reliable when it comes to lifting, I noticed something interesting. My BB burn is skyrocketing on lifting days and I burn at least 1 additional calorie per minute for several hours. Has anyone else noticed it?

BODYWEIGHT Strength Workouts!!
For the past 3 weeks I've been strength training using my body weight and pathetic 5lb dumbbells and a 28lb barbell! At the mo I don't have the money to go to the gym or buy any new weights!! I have read you need to eat more with lifting for strength wise but if your on a deficit cause your goal is weight loss how does lifting on a deficit effects you if you lift on a deficit. Have you had to eat more even though your goal was to lose weight.

Hi how does strength training help you lose weight. When i lift i gain which is probably muscle or retain fluid. I find doing turbo helping me lose the weight faster than strength training.
