I Love TRX!!!
I am absolutely loving TRX at my gym I use it every session. Good body weight resistance training to help me work up to chin ups and toe push ups. Any one else a TRX user? They are the straps that hang from the ceiling.

Weightlifting doesn't show up as calories burned on MFP???

Hi, You do have to start out deadlifting less than 95#, right? My gym does not have all plates at 17", so I'm currently deadlifting 75# using small 10 and 5# plates. TONING TRICEPS
MY BICEPS RESPOND ALMOST IMMEDIATLEY TO WORK OUTS WITH 3LB WEIGHTS, MAYBE EVEN A BIT TOO MUCH. MY BICEPS ARE BIG YET THE REST OF THE ARM EXERSCISES I DO FOR THE TRICEPS DON'T SEEM TO WORK LEAVING ME WITH BIG BULKY ARMS THAT ARE TIGHT ON TOP AND FLABBY ON THE BOTTOM. If I eat over maintenance then I will gain muscle while lifting but also a little fat. If I eat below then I am supposed to loose fat but maintain my muscle if I lift.
