To the Aussies, Pura Light Start is 1% milk...yellow packaging. Use it heaps. Not as good as 2% but WAY better than skim milk, IMO!

I have a Sole E95 Elliptical. I do intervals on Lvl 19 with incline for 45mins. I can input my age & weight into the display, and the calorie reading is 640-680. My HRM says 560-574. MFP says something ridiculous. I just take the lowest number & go with it.

Great work desika8787. It's a good idea to mix things up. Always had better results doing it that way. 2 more days to go, woop!

Hey all, hope you all are succeeding in this challenge. Thought I'd update. Week 4 Day 4 complete. Love this level the most. Pushes you, but worth it. Had great results with this DVD & pairing it with the elliptical. How are you all getting on?

Hey, I've lost around 130 pounds & my skin has been good to me. I have minimal loose skin which is getting better with more strength training I combine into my workout. I used to drive myself insane looking up answers to this question, so here's what I know. Genetics is the main factor, losing weight in combination with…

Go Leeloo!! I did the 30DS as well before this & it's so true! U feel unstoppable. Week 3 done & dusted, onto Week 4 tomorrow. Bring it!
-
Wow! That's impressive! You must not be phoning it in! :)

I've been doing each level for 8 days as it equates to 32 days all up & I started in late December, so it'll take me through to the end of January...that's all. I think generally people do 5-6 days a week & take one day off. Hope that helps. :D Can't wait for Week 3 to be over...feel your pain. Completely agree about…

Great to hear you're motivated to get started again! Week 3 Days 6 & 7 done. One more day of this level before Week 4. Hope everyone's feeling better after being sick/injured. :D

Ha! Talk into the chest! Cracked me up. :D Just did Week 3 Day 5. Getting better, noticing increased strength which is always good. Looking forward to hearing how you all get on with it.

Job well done! You must feel relieved to get your health back on point. Wish you continued success.

Great work! It gets a bit crazy, but it'll be worth it. :)

Started March 2014 & lost 62kg. The app is great, but the most imperative thing for me was the education I received about proper nutrition & exercise. It really helps to read the forums & absorb & adopt as much as you can from amazing & inspiring people. :D

Week 3 Day 4. Tough to get through it today. How's everyone else going?

acs3041 - hope you feel better soon. Shin splints are no fun! Week 3 Day 3 done. Seeing good results pairing this workout with elliptical.

Week 3 Day 2 complete. Don't be afraid LeelooX2014! Read some reviews of people preferring this level more than week 2. I'm just not one of those people :-)

Great workout. Great results as long as you challenge yourself. Scale didn't move much but lost 14 inches overall! Saw definition in my abs & first time in a while I saw my obliques. I paired the dvd with an additional 45-60mins on the elliptical. Hope you enjoy it.

Week 3 Day 1 done. First thought, screw this!! Second thought, challenging but achievable. You guys have duck walks to look forward to!! First circuit can burn!
-
Week 2 Day 8 done...onto Week 3 tomorrow. Hope you feel better LeelooX2014.
