I have reached my goal of 140 and would like to maintain a range of 137-143.0

I haven't been that weight since I was 18, but according to Ideal Weight Charts, that's mid-point of a healthy range for me at my age. I do think I might be happy at 160, but I shall see.

GW 115? This will depend on my body fat %. When I reach 120, I will get it measured (DEXA) and then decide from there whether to lose more or go the recomp route. It was 32.7% (DEXA) when I weighed 133, so I have a ways to go.0 -

At 5'6 my current range is 135-143 but honestly am not worried about that number i'm more concerned with bodyfat %, ideally maintaing at around15-17%. I wouldnt mind putting on a couple more pounds of muscle.0
