I'm 5'8" and started at about 227lbs 30% fat, I'm currently 198 and about 19% fat. I honestly don't know exactly what my goal is except to get leaner and meet my abs ;).. I'm guessing about 20 pounds or so of fat to lose. I honestly don't have a set weight I want to be at other than to just look like I want to.

Not happy with the level of body fat I've got but still researching what to do next really. If I lose much more weight I'm going to look too thin but I want abs ect I've never got so close before. I've started lifting now and going to keep eating at a slight deficit but with plenty of protein and see what happens in the next couple of months.

That seems crazy lean right now... It's very hard to lose weight and build muscle.

I weigh 49 kilos (108 lbs) and I'm 161 cm (5'3).Even though I already am skinny, I want to lose a few more kilos so I can be happy with myself and stop comparing myself to others.

This is where you need to buckle down with your food tracking and get moving in new and different ways girl! Get a fitbit and track your activity- It can be as simple as Leslie Sansone videos, walking works!

I started at 175 (in January) with a goal weight of 150 (5'5"). I'm now 128 and will likely maintain here for awhile. I wouldn't mind getting to 120 but I'm in no hurry.

All you ladies that are 5'2" or so that weight 115-125lbs....what is your bone structure? Big boned? Small boned? I am big boned 5'2" and I feel like I would be way to skinny at 125lbs but I really don't know because I have never been that small before. Right now I am 142.

I'm 5'9 and currently weigh 178 lbs at 16% body fat.

My GOAL is to drop 10-15 pounds of fat turn it into lean muscle and stay at 178 or slightly lighter.

I am 5'1 and 103lb. Small boned and don't look too thin at all. (105 in avitar)

There is on average a 10 lb difference between small and medium and a 10 lb difference between medium and large.

    Cheers, h.
ETA my wrist is 5.5 so on the small-medium cusp.

In the 140s I'm still overweight and nowhere near slim.

I've been down in the 90s throughout my life and see that as my healthy range.

I have a question. I am on a low carb diet (to cure my leaky gut) and I consume btw 150 and 250 gr of fat per day. The app tells me that I week soon be 20lbs heavier but that doesn't make sense to me since I eat almost no carbs! Thoughts?

Ps. I am 5"4' and sound 111.used to be a few lbs heavies before going on this diet. I also workout 7 hrs per week

Whether you eat no carbs, all carbs, few carbs, it makes no difference. You need to eat fewer calories than you use in a day to lose weight, the same amount as you use to maintain weight, and more than you use to gain weight.
Right now you are eating enough to gain.
If you wish to change that goal go into your settings and adjust your goal.
Eat the calories MFP advises. The fat, carb, protein breakdown is up to you.

    Cheers, h.
