    I'm currently 270 and I want to get back to 230, which was my weight 15 years ago. I'll go from there once I meet that goal.

    6'7, 28 years old. current weight is 124, goals is 121. range is 120-126. currently still nursing an 8 month old so will see what happens when I wean (last time I put on 10 pounds) . generally happy with weight but want to tone up. havnt been logging since pregnancy (was happy with gain and subsequent loss)

    I'm 5'3, age 60.
    SW 142, GW 115, CW 114.8. When I eat out or have salty foods my weight jumps a couple of pounds.

    Goal was to get to 70kg/154lbs which I'm nearly at. This time last year I was 55kg/121lbs. Once I hit the goal weight, aim is to maintain as best I can once I figure out what my maintenance calories are as I'm bulking on 4,000 calories.

    I'm 46, 5'10 and currently around 196lbs. Been down to 190, which felt good and been back up over 200, which does not feel good. I would be good back at 190lbs, but I still have it in my mind to get down in the 180 range just to see how that feels. I am not in any hurry to make massive sacrifices with my quality of life though so it is a slow process overall.

    I haven't been this weight since I was 19 yo and a Freshman in college when I gained my "freshman 15". I never dreamed I would ever get down to this weight. The crazy part is that I'm so much more fit now than I was back in college (better BF%, endurance, etc).

    I'm 5'1
    My goal weight was 100 pounds but I was having a hard time losing anymore weight and so I stayed at 104.
    So I started maintenance and I feel comfortable between 104 & 110.
    But I have a really hard time eating all of my maintenance calorie D:
