I've been at 141 for a solid year now and recomping with great results. I've never seen 140 ever. I'm cutting now thru labor day in attempt to see if I can COMFORTABLY get to 135.
after Laborday. I'm going to slowly get into a surplus and bulk for 9 months. Then cut.
After the cut...I still want to be +/- 135

I am 5'6. I weigh 122. Goal is to stay at 115-118. (58 years young)
I am worried about water retaining as I have started strength training and I know many say it doesn't matter what the scale says (how do you feel, how do your clothes fit, etc.) but I hate watching the scale go up Plus I have medical conditions that make it very important to NOT go up by 2 pounds a day or by 3 pounds in 5 days.1 -

Age 54. 5'6" started at 177, now at 141. My maintenance range is supposed to be 143-147. 145 was my goal. Feeling ok being on the low side, as I will be leaving on vacation within a week and expect to gain a few.
Great job!! I'm 52 and 5'7" at 170. Still trying for 160. My body seems to like 165 as the lowest right now. don't stress your vacation calories too much. Oh and thanks for posting your age. I think it makes a huge difference being 5'7" at age 30 then at age 52, so I always like to factor age in as well when I read peoples stats.
