Ive eaten an entire 12in cake and 2 chinese takeaways this week because it was my birthday, lifes been pretty stressful and I have a really awful cold. I weighed in this morning having put on 5lbs. *crosses fingers that at least a bit is water weight from so much sodium* I suck.

160Kcals for 100g of raw pasta sounds way too low - I think that must be an error, Like Stuart said, 357Kcals sounds a lot more like it! It is possible that 100G of cooked pasta is 160kcals however...

Yep. some times I even go back over the week to see how many kcals I'm under for the whole week and use that on weekend wine :P

The first weekend that you stick to your meal plan will be the hardest - then itll just get easier and easier! Just keep telling yourself that the taste of the extra food lasts for a few minutes so why no eat health foods to fill you up and not regret it later? Can you remember every pizza youve ever eaten? I use MFP to pre-plan my days meals that way you can factor in dinner but also make sure you eat what you need through the rest of the day instead of all in one meal :) make sure you do get your minimum allowance because your body needs them for muscle repair so eating less than that will potentially cause more harm than…

There could be any number of reasons you haven't gone/they havent seen you so they shouldn't judge! Besides i bet youre not as noticeably out of shape as you think, they wont have paid that much attention before so unless youve actually gained like 50lbs they probably wont notice or care :) Suck it up :P the sooner you go…

Fruit is good for you - it has calories so if you're trying to loose weight don't go too wild but fruit is great. Great source of energy and fibre! Why the lack of carbs though?

I try not to vcall it a cheat because I don't think theres anything wrong with having a bit of what you fancy! I find this stops bit cheats or falling off the diet wagon because I still feel like I am on track and its easier to account for!

My partner has learnt that if i start being snappy, sit me down with a banana and a black coffee and shhh for 5 minutes haha I'm trying to keep going with the lower GI diet to avoid sugar spikes and crashes to see if this helps - I'm not very good at it though!
