My goals for the week Be active 3 days Don't eat drive-through Monday through Friday afternoon. Be aware of what I'm eating while travelling this weekend. Bonus points for activity :) Mini goal. I have no clue on my sodium. I don't lay attention to it. But I will this week. I'll report back.

I'm with you farrar, in my house we call them black hole days. I just try to recognize it as early as possible and then I ask myself am I hungry or just eating? It's rarely hunger for me. I have been known to drive to the library or somewhere disconnected from food on those days to get away from temptation.

Had a good week, but holy moly I blew my eating today. Did burpees on Thursday and discovered I'm worse at them than I remember, but that's why I track it. To show the progress I will have. on to next week.

Today has been great, walked again (with the wife!) And my eating was on point. Next up... bodyweight excersizes included the dreaded and feared burpees

Ok so I did get 1 out of three last week, so looking to build on that. Goals: 1. Log everything I consume 2. Be active 3x for 30 min each 3. Go for a.jog 1 time this week. Mini goal: This week I'm going to try to conquer my fear of burpees. (The floor will NOT collapse, the floor will NOT collapse, why does it shake?)

I'm back for round 3. I've learned that I don't do well when. I'm off of here. Like really not well. Like I have to start over. (Sigh). But I will continue, I will persevere. Great mini goal! My week was bad but as rafiki says, it's in da past. Goals... 1. Workout 3 x on my Xbox thing 2. Log food 6 days. 3. Hydrate 4. Stick to my new schedule. 5. Don't stress, have a big event this week at work, and it's super easy to stress eat my head off. Good luck all.

Had an ok eating day, but convinced my daughter to hold the focus mitts and thai pads for me, felt so good to hit some pads, I am putting up my heavy bag tomorrow. Also started a new Nike Xbox workout thing. I'm committed so let's see where it takes me.

Had a lm ok day today, lots of walking at work. I received my body media fit today, excited about trying it. Ate like crap yesterday but getting better. Workout day tonight. -Seasick, I would definitely call the cops next time. Zero tolerance.

Well well what a week. Did ok on my eating this week. Went overboard a few times, but trying to stay positive. I did go to a Cajun food festival this weekend. Oh wow was that good. Great job shamrocker! I don't think boy meets work counts, but I would count trying to bathe your cat :). I used to (when I was in shape) do bodyweight excersizes, pushups/squats/crunches, during commercials. HIIT style.
