Chips/crackers -- anything salty are my trigger foods...So, I also can't eat just a few if there is a bag in the house....At least I'm aware of this type of behavior -- it's bad though if I go to a party and try to eat just a few....Can't stop!!! Ha.

My goals are to get to 20% body fat and to tone up. I'm working towards getting in the best shape possible by my 50th birthday (in 2016).

Hubby and I are staying in ..... bought some champagna, shrimp and cocktail sauce and some other snack foods....Hope can stay awake until midnight....LOL. Happy New Year !!! Got a good workout in earlier today too and will log my food.....

I've done this program in the past. It's pretty good and fun....So, if you are looking to lose a little fat it can be effective for that. I agree with the strength training idea. However, I think you can't lose fat and build muscle at the same time...You definitely can benefit from a Turbo Fire workout series to get you…

Great that you're seeing progress!! I have the same problem....I notice muscle definition in arms and legs but the stomach area is slow to change. Going to really focus on body fat composition and diet and exercise (including weight training) to start to convert from flab to tone...(hopefully). I naturally gain weight…

Wow, that's alot of weight to lose for your frame....I currently weigh in the same range and am about the same height but am trying to focus now on body fat percentage to improve my overall fitness. I figure it's more important for me to use measurements like body fat % and body measurements to determine my effectiveness…

I get like this too sometimes....I'm sort of where you are....Pretty good shape, within 10 lbs of my goal weight, etc. I'm thinking about signing up for a charity run...maybe sponsoring someone who has cancer or some other kind of illness might give you motivation to train harder? Good luck...

Keep logging my food on MFP. Eat to live and in order to live an active life. Continue to tone up and lose the love handles around my middle by strength training and cardio 5-6 days per week. Graduate in August 2015 in my Master's Degree program.
