I used to work at Chick-fil-a and so many people would send there coffee back because it was "cold". I would take the lid off and put my finger in it just to see and I would burn myself everytime. People want their coffee scolding hot.

The thing that worked for me was running, running, and more running. Nothing else ever made a difference.

Celiac is the cause of my severe anemia. (I am too young to have this many health problems) But when I turn something down, I wish I didn't have to explain myself. People think everyone can eat anything they want, I wish I could.

I know that. The quote said they were pull from the US. That is what my HUH was for.

I don't eat gluten everyday but I may have a PB and J sandwich on wheat bread once a week. Because I haven't found a gluten free bread that I like yet. I am still new to this.

Huh? I live in South Carolina and have seen them in every store.

I love to make Buckeye's. Just peanut butter and powdered sugar mixed together and dipped in melted milk chocolate. YUM!!!

I wish saying "No thank you" was that easy. I get people who will offer me something and I politely say no thank you and they get ugly. I suffer from Celiac Disease, so I try to stay away from wheat for the most part, not completely, but I do limit it so when people say "one piece of cake won't kill you" it really makes me…

My Mom struggled to lose weight for a long time. She was recently put on medication for her thyroid and is down 6 lbs in 2 weeks after being on the medication for a month.

I wish I could blame something else for me being overweight. I have no one and nothing to blame but myself. I see on here everyday that people blame everything and everyone else. Its like they believe that people sit around and make plans to "sabotage" them.

Me too at times

I am #1. If I wake up and don't eat for a while, I am good for the day. If I eat as soon as I get up and open the fridge, I will eat not stop. Just to eat. I can be full and still want more.

People are so used to me eating junk at lunch so when I started to bring my own lunch they automatically said "are you on a diet?" instead of saying yes and deal with the never ending questions, I just say "I am bringing my lunch to save money, I realized I spend way too much on eating out" The questions stop right there.

I believe they are better that the cups as well. There is always one item that gets me at every holiday. Right now it is the conversation candy hearts.

This. I am ordering wings and making a buffalo chicken dip.

I took it for a few months. Helped me lose 55 lbs. I had no trouble sleeping at night, the only side effect I got with it was dry mouth. It isn't for everyone but it can work for some. ETA: This was 4 years ago and I have not put that weight back on.

I don't carry anything with me when I run after dark. Bad, I know. I just look around and behind me a lot. ETA: I do carry a flashlight and wear a lighted arm band.

I had a Big Mac meal yesterday. I regret nothing. I don't call it a cheat meal though.

You need to contact your doctor for sure.

I like men in compression pants. Men have nice butts too

I would be a very unhappy, grumpy person if I only ate 500 calories a day. Are you certain you are only eating that much, maybe you are eating more than you think. Are you weighing and logging everything?
-
I have learned that if I give up something then I am more likely to fail. I can have soda and sweets still. Just not with every meal. Try a sparkling water.

I am cruising April 27th, I can't wait! I would like to lose 20 by then as well. 6lbs down so far. You can do it! Have fun.

I love when people say to me "are you allowed to eat that while trying to lose weight" Yes I can, as long as I don't eat the whole bag or box, etc.
