Restaurant salad or homemade salad? Many restaurants treat the greens and fruits with a preservative that stops it from browning. When I get some of the treated stuff it gives me cramps and the trots.

You didn't give much information and I am not a mind reader but I will say that although coconut oil is great it has zero magical weight loss abilities. Weight loss is all about calories burned and calories consumed.

I have used only Sweetleaf Stevia with inulin for maybe 15 years. Minimum processing and only fiber added.

Tuesday is by far the best day but time is also important. If you are normally up and around during the day, you must weigh at exactly 3:09 a.m. Seriously, it doesn't matter one bit. Most weigh first thing in the morning after fasting all night for the most consistency.

Walking is my primary exercise and probably the best exercise there is. It is low impact, almost anyone can do it, requires no special equipment, and can be done just about anywhere. Try to walk fast enough that you breathe harder than normal. A leisurely stroll is good but a purposeful stride is better.

No. What happened is you probably increased your calorie consumption when running. When you stopped running you continued to eat the same amount so you gained weight.

This is the correct answer although probably not what the OP wants. jingles0231, do you know that you can make microwave popcorn using nothing but popcorn? Put the kernels in a paper bag and pop. Eat all you want without any guilt.

If you log your weight loss in MFP the program will adjust your calorie goal.

Search using the words "primal" and/or "paleo". There are groups on this forum that discuss this type of eating plan.

At a glance the human body appears symmetrical but it isn't. You probably also have one foot larger than the other, one leg longer, one breast larger, and etc. Your body is not symmetrical.

It is just flavored water, I reheat it all the time. It used to take me several days to drink a pot of coffee.

It took me years to quit smoking. I had many false starts and recurring failures. I did finally succeed and haven't smoked for 24 years. Losing weight and quitting smoking are both difficult endeavors. I suggest you pick one for now and when successful start on the other.

Your profile says you want to be healthy for your child. The reason any prescription medicine requires a prescription is because it is dangerous and has potentially bad side effects.
