Keep doing what your doing. 12lbs in that time is fantastic. I don't like photos of me but people notice the weight loss. It helps me keep at it. I am still 28lbs from pre baby and about 80 from a good weight.

I use it to make pulled pork. I just do a few shakes and cook the meat all day on low. It tastes great.

My family introduced me to these chopped salads you can find at Walmart or the grocery store. They have all kinds of ingredients in them. All you have to do is mix and eat. I will have one for lunch while I'm feeding the little guy. Sometimes I add in meat for extra protein. My favorite is the Asian one.

I'm 3 weeks postpartum. I'm down 30lbs but I had gained 91lbs during the pregnancy and I was overweight before getting pregnant so I gave a long long way to go.

Pin test also has a ton of paleo recipes and guides. Cauliflower is huge in paleo. You can do a lot of stuff with it

To help with the pizza thing (because I love it too) I find recipes on Pinterest. One I found is one slice of bread layer with tomatoes and mozzarella then baked until melted. My husband like meat so I usually add a couple slices of deli meat. They taste awesome and not much work at all.

The best bras I have found are the Victoria secret sports bras. They are wonderful for holding everything up. If you don't fit those I would take a trip to Victoria secret and check out the construction and then research others that would be comparable
