hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone takes body pump and how you record it in your exercise log?

    I just did body pump this morning :)

    If you add it as cardio, do a search for Les Mills Pump and it should come up in the results.

    I tried that and didn't see it. Is it under cardio? Can't find it under strength. Looked it up and it's 590 calories probably if you burn out your muscles.
