Yes, I have the occasional beer but I do find it fills me up quite a bit faster than it used to.

Thank you all for the helpful information! I forgot to mention that I wear an activity tracker and do a lot of cardio speed walking. I also use a recumbent bike so trying to figure out calories and exercise net/eaten/burned can get me quite confused. I agree with above poster that this may be a good week to try this all…

I'm in too! I've done over that for the past couple weeks with the exception of yesterday ( went to a wake) so steps yesterday were close 9,902. I have a Garmin Vivofit if anyone wants to add me there too.

I did pretty good! One snack sized Hershey bar but I was already full from a Wendy's frosty that I had earlier in the day. Not a normal treat for me but I was so craving a shake or ice cream and I have learned not to deprive myself when I find the need to "have" to have it.

I'm 5' 5", my goal weight is 135 lbs but re evaluating this as I am thinking 135 should be my highest. Ideally my range will be 130-135 lbs.

When Hubby found himself laughing at me because my underwear was litterally falling down. Until that point I hadn't even realized. Then just the other day while trying to find some new clothing automatically going to my old size which of course, are too large. I didn't know what size I should even be looking in anymore…

Ok, that's a big help. Thanks everyone! I know how much of each ingredient went in. The only thing I didn't do was get to weigh everything before it was all cooked so that part will be more of a guesstimate. I do know the weight of the meat if that helps haha!

I'm in too! I am 5'5" Current Weight 142 Goal Weight 135 Due to back issues, I do a lot of walking and I also use a recumbent bike. Edited to add I started at 199 lbs last December and my BMI percentage according to MFP is now 23.7
