I work 4pm-4am and eating at work can be tough. So my window is currently noon-6. But I'm eating at maintance. When I was cutting at 1800 calories I was eating pretty clean but still hitting my macros.

Weight loss isn't gender biased, plenty of success stories on here from woman. My sister is making great progress, it's a struggle for everyone. We all like to eat lol!!

A bulk would surely be fun but there's always the fear of losing definition and abs that I've finally worked so hard for. I have been thinking of a slow controlled bulk that seems very popular for people not wanting to put on a ton of weight just to have to cut again.

It used to be elevated but I'd like to see if it's changed since the weight loss.

Yeah I hear ya, I lift like crazy and am def getting stronger and more muscular. I guess it's just something that I need to set my mind to, there doesn't ALWAYS have to be something to work towards.

Weigh your food.. You think you know what your eating but you really don't. It makes a huge huge difference and it only takes a few extra minutes.. Isn't a few extra minutes worth a few extra lbs!! Hell yes.

I agree Gia

The whole plan is to be in a calorie deficit, yes. But while your fasting your allowing your body to take 'a break' from digesting food. After your body has used the food you gave it, your body will look for energy to use, that energy comes from stored fat, not muscle. Don't buy into the 'starvation' mode myth. That takes…

It is really a great way to get your eating under control, and gives you a different perspective on food. There is a lot of info on line about IF. Check it out and see if it's a good fit for you.

I started with the 16 hr fast 8 hr eating window. I still watched my calories. Logged my food. Remember it's not a diet, it's just a tool. It ultimately stopped me from eating late, or drinking alcohol since that's the only time I do that. Your eating window depends on your lifestyle. I currently do an 18/6. So I eat from…

The database on Fitbit stinks.. I use this app but the problem I have is that while I'm active throughout the day it increases all my goals in MFP, so instead of my protein being 190gram. After I log my workout, it's 220 grams. It's my only complaint about syncing the two.

Sent you a friend request, I'm going 380 days strong! Never quit

It's made me kinda obsessive too. What keeps me motivated is that in June when people are saying god I wish I would of got in shape... I'm not one saying that.

Good luck!!!

You cannot spot lose. All the crunches in the world won't make your stubborn belly fat go away, trust me from experience.. Be in a calorie deficit daily/weekly and the lbs will come off. Log everything from the olive oil you cook with to the alcohol you may or may not consume..

Keep it up... Those 5 are gonna come off!!

Say no to the food pushers!!!!!!

I am by no means a fitness coach or a nutritionist but I'll tell you what has worked for me. I've dropped 30lbs and hit my goal weight now I'm at maintance.. This app is great but it only works if you log and weight your food. Set up your goals to lose a lb a week, 2 lbs will cut your calories to much. Dieting doesn't have…
