    Weigh your food.. You think you know what your eating but you really don't. It makes a huge huge difference and it only takes a few extra minutes.. Isn't a few extra minutes worth a few extra lbs!! Hell yes.

    Be honest with yourself, log everything you put into your mouth, weigh your food, don't starve yourself and enjoy the foods you like, just in smaller portions!
