Fitness partner!!

I was recently told I have a thyroid problem which explains why I have been gaining weight so rapidly. A lot of my friends careless about their weight as well as what they eat. I need some inspiration! Someone who can help with meal plans as well as exercising! Always down for discussion an excising buddy!

    I am by no means a fitness coach or a nutritionist but I'll tell you what has worked for me. I've dropped 30lbs and hit my goal weight now I'm at maintance.. This app is great but it only works if you log and weight your food. Set up your goals to lose a lb a week, 2 lbs will cut your calories to much. Dieting doesn't have to suck. Enjoy the foods you like as long as they fit into your calories.
