Hi I'm Alison , iv not been on here for about 5 m and gained back the stone in weight I lost, iv got to lose about 5-6 stones. Wish me luck and would love some surpport, as I'm on my own. :)

    I threw any bad foods in the bin. In a way, that's when I knew I was ready to change. A bit like an alcoholic pouring away the whiskey. Can't eat it if it ain't there!

    would just add: you'll get more replies if you use 70-84lbs instead of 5-6 stones. lbs tends to be the currency on here.
