Yep! I've lost 7 and still same measurements. But I do feel different in my clothes so maybe its coming off in places I haven't measured like upper thighs or calf.

Yea 1200 would be hard. I have trouble at 1600. But I'm 5'7". Protein usually keeps me full longer. I try to do 300-400 cal meals at regular times. And if I am hungry I just exercise more. You should calculate what you should be getting for your height and weight - IIFYM.com will tell you.

Actually you're probably binging because your calories are too low and not sustainable. Just try 1700 for a week or two and don't binge. You probably won't even want to binge because your body will be getting more each day that it needs

I am also 5'7" and am eating 1600-1700 a day and losing weight. I was 163 a month or two and now 156. If you only eat 1300 all week but then binge on Saturday it evens out to the same as you would just eat 1700 a day but way less stressful. You could even eat 2000 and then workout and burn 2-300 and still lose.

Awesome!! I'm excited too because everyday I wake up and the scale is showing a lower number. So it's really motivating me to keep it up.

It took me about 6 weeks to figure things out. The right calories, exercise and how to log everything. You have to weigh food, it's never what you think it is. Example a medium Apple I thought was 55 was actually 88. So it adds up.

I think your diet sounds fine assuming your salads have some fats like olive oil or avocado. You could add protein powder to ur smoothies. You are 5'4 so I think you'll want more calories. We have similar stats I'm 5'7" and 157, although I was ~ 180 at delivery. My babe is 4 months old. He is my 3rd babe and I've hung onto 10lbs with each one but no more. My goal is to go back to 135ish by the time I turn 30 in May which is where I was before kids. Breastfeeding is the best for losing weight!!

If you are exercising 5-6 days away have you gained muscle? You could actually require a few more calories now that you are leaner. A lot of health pros recommend this and it might work for you to try 1300-1700 and see what happens. Case in point…
