Yes my ob said I have diastasis recti but I found out that a lot later, I just assumed it was nothing. In the Les Mills classes I leave towards the end when they start ab work, I don't do it. My ob said just keep exercising and it will close up after time, no real help.0

I think your diet sounds fine assuming your salads have some fats like olive oil or avocado. You could add protein powder to ur smoothies. You are 5'4 so I think you'll want more calories. Try IIFYM calculator to see what your protein and calories should be for your stats. Also muscle weighs more than fat so if you were 120 before but weren't muscular then you might end up weighing more even though your body is more fit and you're lifting.0

also with diastasis recti you want to completely avoid some exercises (Google it) but some are ok and can even help0
